Creating VALUE through partnership

When APP Timber started about 25 years ago, our initial focus was supporting the growing demand for imported sawn timber against the background of Malaysia’s shrinking and unsustainable local hardwood resources. Over the years, our product range expanded from sawn timber to veneers, panels, and finished products to import and export from Asia. From a single office with three staff, we have grown into an international group with about 50 personnel located across Asia. Living up to our core value of “creating value for our buyers AND suppliers“, I am very proud and thankful for a team serving satisfied customers all over the globe. Even though the supply situation has significantly changed, rest assured that we will continue providing such value!

It’s at the core of our long-term strategy to deepen existing and create new partnerships with overseas companies that can add value to APP Timber’s global supply chain.

In return, we add value to such partners with our continuously growing export of Southeast Asian made products.

Together with our loyal buyers and suppliers, supported by our great team of colleagues, we have grown APP Timber into “a great place to work (at/with)”. We welcome more competencies to become even stronger together!
